How do I enable the console in CS2?

Main menu → Settings → Game
Set "Enable Developer Console" to Yes
In-game or in the menu, hit the tilde key (on a US keyboard ~, on a German one ^ top-left)
Console opens → paste commands → Enter

Crosshair settings are saved automatically to your profile and applied in every game.

03Style explanation

Which style fits whom?

Style 4 — Classic Static is the pro standard: the crosshair doesn't move when shooting or running
Style 2 — Dynamic opens when moving and shooting, good for beginners learning spread
Style 5 — Default Static is Style 4 with fixed gap behaviour for the sniper
T-Style removes the upper line — some AWPers like that
Outline makes the crosshair visible on every background — I'd always leave it on
